Every CusTees garment is made to order — printed, quality-checked, and packaged exclusively for you. No stock, no waste.

PRODUCTION TIME

• Each item is produced within 2–5 business days after your order is confirmed.
• You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY

• United States — 3 to 8 business days after production.
• Europe — 5 to 10 business days after production.
• United Kingdom — 3 to 7 business days after production.
• Canada — 5 to 10 business days after production.
• Rest of World — 10 to 20 business days after production.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

For international orders, customs fees may apply depending on your country. These are the responsibility of the recipient.

ISSUES & SUPPORT

If your item arrives damaged or with a defect, contact us within 30 days at contact@h-in-q.com with your order number and a photo. We'll fix it immediately.
